Terms and Conditions

Thank you for engaging with Kid On The Left. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in
sports camps, career advisory events, scholarship applications, and fundraising events hosted by Kid On
The Left.

1. Sports Camps:
a. Participation in sports camps hosted by Kid On The Left is subject to availability and
acceptance by Kid On The Left.
b. Participants must adhere to all rules, regulations, and safety guidelines set forth by Kid
On The Left and its instructors.
c. Kid On The Left reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant from
a sports camp for behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

2. Career Advisory Events:
a. Kid On The Left may invite individuals to speak at events or engagements hosted by the
organization.
b. The content of speeches and presentations does not necessarily reflect the views or
opinions of Kid On The Left.
c. Kid On The Left is not responsible for any actions or statements made by speakers
during their engagements.

3. Scholarship Awards:
a. Scholarship applications are open to eligible individuals as determined by the criteria set
forth by Kid On The Left.
b. Award decisions are made at the discretion of Kid On The Left and are final.
c. Recipients of scholarships may be required to fulfill certain obligations, such as
providing proof of enrollment or participating in promotional activities.

4. Fundraising Events:
a. Participation in fundraising events hosted by Kid On The Left is voluntary.
b. Kid On The Left reserves the right to cancel or reschedule fundraising events due to
unforeseen circumstances.
c. Donations made to Kid On The Left are non-refundable.

5. Liability:
a. Kid On The Left is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during sports
camps, career advisory events, scholarship events, or fundraising events.
b. Participants and attendees assume all risks associated with their participation in Kid On
The Left’s activities.

6. Privacy:
a. Personal information collected by Kid On The Left will be handled in accordance with
our Privacy Policy.

7. Amendments:
a. Kid On The Left reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Kid
On The Left website.

8. Governing Law:
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of South Carolina. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and
Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina.
