Thank you for your interest in participating in sports camps hosted by Kid On The Left. This
Refund/Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for our programs.

Refund Policy
• Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is made by the participant or guardian
at least 21 days prior to the start date of the sports camp.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued if a cancellation request is made within 14 days of the
start date of the sports camp, at the discretion of Kid On The Left.
• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date of
the sports camp.

Cancellation Policy
• Participant Initiated Cancellation: Participants or their guardians must submit a cancellation request in
writing to info@kidontheleft.org. The date of the cancellation request will determine the applicable
refund amount, if any.
• Nonprofit Initiated Cancellation: In the event that Kid On The Left must cancel a sports camp due to
unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or insufficient enrollment, participants will be
notified as soon as possible. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Transfer Policy
• Participants may request to transfer their registration to another sports camp session, subject to
availability and approval by Kid On The Left. Requests for transfers must be submitted in writing to
info@kidontheleft.org at least 14 days prior to the start date of the original sports camp session.

Exceptions
• Exceptions to this Refund/Cancellation Policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the
discretion of Kid On The Left.
