2. Shipping Methods:
a. We offer standard shipping options, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
b. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, where applicable.
c. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

3. Shipping Destinations:
a. We currently ship merchandise to addresses within the United States, excluding Hawaii
and Alaska.
b. We don’t currently ship to international locations.

4. Order Tracking:
a. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email containing tracking information.
b. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the
carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Times:

a. Kid On The Left is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have been
handed over to the carrier.
b. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a
claim. We will provide assistance and support as needed.

a. All purchases are final as Kid On The Left does not accept returns or exchanges.
